I got Classic's name off the BBB website when our AC went out. From the beginning Mark came out, was very courteous, and seemed to know what he was doing. Unfortunately our air went out again the following Day (I don't think they could have done anything to prevent it though, we had a bad freon leak. Long story short, they were the best price around and seem to have really great values with their great work ethic. If my AC goes out again, I'm definitely going to have them do my repairs!

I called Classic to see about shipping a
heat pump unit to Cincinnati. They told me it wouldn't be
possible but still took the time to answer all questions that I
had regarding Bryant equipment. They were so knowledgeable
and extremely nice. It was great that he took 20 minutes out
of his day to help me out. He gave me some great pointers on
which system would work best for me and what to watch out
for. I am very appreciative and would love to have him in my
area.

500 characters isn't enough to say all the great things I want to say about Dave and Mark! Let's just say, I met them in Oct, 09 when our defrost board went out...but after some recent maintenance issues and having them over last week...my husband and I nearly consider them family.

My heater went out this Jan.2010 I called classic because they were the most reasonably priced place out of the ten I had called. Mark and Dave the owners came personally looked at my airhandler unit for two minutes figured out the problem and fixed it in five minutes. These guys really know there stuff and if I ever have another problem I know who Ill be calling Thanks guys for helping me out.

Thank you, Mark, for being an honest, hard working person! Dan @904-641-0600 had diagnosed the problem as a bad accumulator - $650 labor - offering to sell a new 'off brand' unit for only $4000!
Classic felt 99% sure that a Bryant accumulator would not fail in under 4 yrs., and recommended I call Tropic or All Weather. Tropic immediately sent a repairman who fixed the problem for $135! Mark went above and beyond in providing excellent service, without any gain of his own. GREAT JOB!

Mark is amazing. I called July 3 because my AC froze over. He talked with me, to ensure I didn't need an actual repairman to come out, told me what to look for, and made sure I was comfortable with my AC. As it turns out, all I needed was a cleaning. I only called for pricing, in case I needed them, but Mark took the time to walk me through it all. Thanks to Mark, I saved a fortune. If I ever do need a repairman, I know who I'm going to call. Thanks so much.

Recently my air conditioning went out over a weekend. A friend recommended I call Classic Air. I was surprised at how promptly they responded and were at my home within the hour. Very soon I was cool and comfortable again. Their weekend charges were surprisingly low, their work was highly professional and they went over and above board. I definitely recommend them and will use them again.

I had Classic put in a Bryant Evolution system with zone control. Now I can set variable temperatures in different areas of my home, including many automatic features providing comfort levels to each area. This system has saved me quite a bit on my utilities already and also qualified for the government's $1,500 new energy tax credit.

Classic made me feel very confident. The customer service and professional knowledge was so much appreciated. I couldn't be more happy and highly recommend Classic to all of my friends and relatives. Just wanted you to know. Thanks Again Dave and Mark!!
